Today, after a long day at work, we had an incredible evening in Barfrøstua @ Stor-Elvdal Hotell.

There were joy and laughter...as always when our bandfamily comes together.

Lars came all the way from Trondheim, just to be a part of todays photosession and bandpractise.

Sarah was asked to improvise new relations to her fiddle: "This one time, at bandcamp..."

We are lucky to have nice family and friends around us. "Twin-sisters" for life.

A gigantic hug to our kind friend, and phenomenal photographer, Alexander Ramse Olsen. You are an important peace of our band-puzzle. Thank you for making this a friday to remember. 

We also have to thank Pål Sagen and Stor-Elvdal Hotell for lending us Barfrøstua. We are grateful that we could take our new pictures in this historical surroundings. 

Finally, but not least, thank you Kristel and Jens Henrik. You help us in so many ways. 

What a nice way to end the week - a great time spent with great friends. 

In the final hours of the day, we could enjoy a short bandpractise. 

Bandpractise 6.3.2015

The band has come together again after two long weeks! Finally we got a new opportunity to rehearse! We tried old songs, made adjustments to new songs, and brought to life some interesting ideas. It seems like our creativity is still alive... Thank God! It feels good to come up with new ideas, and it becomes even better when we start to fill every idea with our individual touch. This is our strenght when we create music... the personal touch of each and one of us. Almost like making nice food with your family and friends - you cook together and enjoy the meal with gratitude.

VIMARIDA life goes on...

Now it has been two weeks since our guest appearance @ Innlandsscenen, NRK P1 Hedmark og Oppland (www.nrk.no/emne/innlandsscenen-1.11683899).

We took a "telfie" @ Innlandsscenen 18.2.2015.

We had a blast throughout the whole day; 

- driving 3 hours in a car (one way that is...) to Lillehammer

- arranging equipment (and telling bad jokes...)

- having soundcheck (with some amount of nerves...)

- completing our 20 min. with interview and concert (only pleasure and pure fun!) 

- clearing away equipment (no problem when you have kind helpers...)

- choosing which songs we would like to lay out on the youtube (not such a difficult choice... Sail Away and Dreamcatcher)

- celebrating our latest achievement (yes we did - with great dinner and a glass of beer)

- driving 3 hours (still one way that is...) back to Stor-Elvdal

This magical day now belongs to the past.

Even though the fun is over - we are still thankful for the opportunity we were given to visit Innlandsscenen.
(Big hug to Anja, Stein and all the "thumbs up" great people @ Innlandsscenen)

Even though this day will never return - we are proud of this new achievement.

We have written a new chapter in "the big book" - the book that grows bigger day by day
- "VIMARIDA`s book of yesterday"-

Now we need to look upon tomorrow. 

Time to wake up again - time to fill some blank pages one by one

Band rehearsal awaits us this weekend.
